The QFCK-F20L Series Tipping Valve is a pneumatic, monoblock hydraulic valve designed for dump trucks with environmental protection covers or hydraulic tail hooks. It features an open-center system with functions for lifting, stopping, and proportional descending for single-acting cylinders, and lifting, stopping, and descending for double-acting cylinders, equipped with pressure compensation for energy efficiency. Its electrophoretic coating ensures high durability and corrosion resistance.
The QFCK-F20L Series Tipping Valve is a robust and efficient pneumatic, monoblock hydraulic control valve, specifically engineered for demanding applications such as dump trucks equipped with environmental protection iron covers or hydraulic tail hooks. With a rated flow of 150 L/min (39.6 US gpm) and a maximum pressure of 210 bar (3045 psi), this valve ensures powerful and reliable performance across an operating viscosity range of 15 - 75 mm²/s and ambient temperatures from -40°C to +80°C. As a single-section, single-spool valve, the QFCK-F20L offers versatile control capabilities. Its design allows for the realization of three key functions – lifting, stopping, and descending.
